Today the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond, announced the date of the Spring Budget Statement, which will take place on the 13th of March. The Chancellor will respond to the Office for Budget Responsibility’s forecast and give an update on the economy. The statement will however not include any major policy announcements.
