Businesses required to disclose names of “people with significant control”

The UK Government's "People with Significant Control" register has gone live, requiring companies to disclose who owns or controls them.

On 30 June 2016, the UK became the first major economy to require all companies registered in the country to state their true beneficial ownership through filings at Companies House. This is a legal requirement that no company director should overlook or ignore.

At Beavis Morgan our corporate compliance team is headed by a fully qualified chartered secretary, so we are able to guide you through the new regulations and set up the reporting structures to ensure that your company complies. Please contact Jeremy Rogers or you usual Beavis Morgan Partner.
